The ECO Portal is the digital access infrastructure provided by ECO Platform AISBL. It connects ECO EPD data published by Programme Operators across the ECO Platform network so that users do not need to navigate multiple separate systems.
Each declaration remains linked to its original source. The issuing Programme Operator remains responsible for verification, publication, validity and maintenance of the EPD. ECO Platform provides the common framework and operates the Portal, but does not re-verify individual EPDs when they become accessible through the Portal.
The ECO Portal is easiest to understand as the connection between the ECO Platform framework, the Programme Operators that issue ECO EPDs, and the people and applications that use the data.

The ECO Portal connects and indexes the data they make available and provides a shared access point for users and digital applications.
