Information to Include in Your Request
To expedite approval and help us assign the appropriate Use Category and Use Class, please provide the following details in your email:
1. Organization Details
- Legal entity name & headquarters country
- Corporate website or public registry URL
- Primary contact person (name, role, email)
2. Requested Access Type
- Continuous API Access (Annual licence) or One-Time Download (€500 excl. VAT)
- Use Category: Tool Use (calculations) vs Database Use (third-party redistribution)
- Target Use Class: Standard, High Performing, or Start-Up
3. Eligibility & Thresholds
- ECO Platform AISBL membership status (qualifies for discounted rates)
- Approximate active users or organization revenue (for Start-Up/Standard evaluation)
- Academic or non-commercial status for fee waiver consideration
4. Technical Use Case
- Brief summary of the tool, software, or workflow integrating the data
- Estimated API request volume (requests per minute / day)
- Expected launch or integration timeline
